It's looking pretty good for the potential house... we have signed the contract and the inspections are today! Coincidently - inspections are being done on the house we are selling are today too! Here are a few more photos of the potential house. Here is the 70's finished basement. It's a bit dated, but a nice finish job. We plan to have a swingin' party down here if all goes right!
