Niko's first council meeting... that happened to be my Leadership Blue Springs Graduation. Look how excited he is to be there with the Mayor and Council. (Actually he is eating the Mike & Ikes I bribed him to stop talking during the meeting.)Can't wait to end our first argument by moving the previous question on him. (Dumb government joke.)
