Let the great adventure begin. Niko has been bringing his diapers to us when wants a new diaper so I'm thinking it's time to start putting him on the potty. He is just hanging out on it really.... nothing exciting yet.I'm hoping to have something more to report in the next couple of days.

In my experience it happens ever so slowly. I hear about people training in one weekend. I wish that could happen. Maybe it does. It wasn't like this with my kiddo's though.
They sure look cute in their underwear! Toddler butts are so little.
