Ugly sweater party

We went to an ugly sweater party on Saturday night hosted by my friend Teresa.  Niko tagged along with us in his version of an ugly sweater... the Christmas jammy.  We had a great time and Niko had a ball!

I think I might use this photo for our Christmas cards.... doesn't Neil look handsome in his kitty sweater?

Scared of Santa take #2

We went to Penguin Park this weekend to see Santa.  Niko was terrified once again... and here we are laughing at him!

Niko -vs- Sienna

Niko and Sienna (Mark and Shelly's dog) are best friends... when it comes to food.  Here they are both trying to eat the left over tomatoes.   Niko polished off most of the tomato himself and the rest when to Sienna.

Not helping

Niko gets into things amazingly fast.  He loves the pop up wipes and tissues.

I'm helping

Niko is feeling much better today.  Yea!  He was never allowed in our old kitchen and it's his new favorite room.  He likes to help me clean up after he spills his Cherrios on the floor.

Sick :(

Niko was pretty sick Sunday evening and yesterday.  He threw up a few times Sunday and ran a fever all day yesterday.  He broke his fever yesterday afternoon and by last night he seemed to be on the mend.  

We took him to the doctor's last night and of course by then he was feeling much better.  It's the first time he has been really sick on us.

While he was on the doctor's table I noticed that he is cutting his first molar!  There are two little ridges that have popped through!  Explains the fussiness from Thanksgiving.
