'Come pick up your sick kid' - my favorite phone call. Ryker-kun was pretty sick when I picked him up from school yesterday and he had a pretty rough night last night.
Here he is feeling miserable, but not willing to let go of the orange slice.

Cultural Fair Project
Niko's school project was a cultural fair this year. It changes every year. He was assigned Spain.... so we got in touch with our resident Spaniard, Teresa! :) His presentation talked about the Sister City program and the fact that Kansas City has a Sister City, Seville, Spain. It also talks about all of the similar architecture between Seville and KC.
He is is in his Spanish soccer shirt Daddy got for him. He had to give a 2 minute presentation on Spain.
Boom! First Place!!!!
Look how happy he is! I was super surprised... the competition was fierce!

Lunch with Grandma and Grandpa O
We had lunch with Grandma and Grandpa O a few weeks ago. I am a bit behind on posting to my blog site.... My mom would have been so upset! I will try to be better.... :)
Godmother Shelly joined us.
Grandma O sent me some pictures she snapped off of the boys being silly.
Mmmmm.... We went to a seafood/fish restaurant here in KC. The poboys were good...but they used the wrong bread. Sorry.... for those of us who know the real deal, we are picky.
For the kids, they had a really cute treasure box that you 'fish' for treats!
