Thanksgiving 2010

We had my parents, Neil's dad and sister and Tracy and Gooch join us for Thanksgiving this year. I'm so glad we have a bigger kitchen this year! No eating in the living room this year! :)

We had a very busy, but great Thanksgiving holiday. I think I gained 5 pounds myself... ugh! Thanks to Grandpa and DoDa for coming down!

Medal of Valor

The Wall That Heals Executive Planning Committee was honored today with The Mayor's Medal of Valor at a special ceremony. This award is the highest award a Mayor can give. We were surprised and honored!

RIP blender

This photo was taken right before this blender had a fatal accident at Niko's hands. Niko is fine, but the glass blender was broken. I had that blender for over 12 years... sorry blender. You lasted 6 months of Niko play.

Tent

Yes, that is a bed tent in our living room. I bought it for Niko a while back and just got around to putting it up. Needless to say, he loves it.

We went to see Yo Gabba Gabba LIVE! on Saturday afternoon. We got the tickets for Niko's birthday, not that he would remember. We had a great time at our first kid's concert! :)

And yes... Niko insisted on wearing his Woody costume that morning.
